We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Kathy Babcock from Associate to Principal. Kathy has been with Kelly Maiello for 18 years, during which time she has become invaluable member of the team, primarily focusing on the firm’s historic preservation projects. Kathy’s career spans over 35 years, and we are immensely grateful to have her here at Kelly Maiello as she continues to take on new challenges and excel in her field. We are pleased to announce the following additions to KMA: Joe Bridy comes to us from Bohlin Cywinski Jackson. We are pleased to have Joe as part of our group and look forward to his contributions. Abby Freed recently received her Master's degree in Architecture from Temple University and brings with her an eagerness to learn and grow with us. Welcome Abby! Adeniyi Onanuga brings an enthusiasm and energy only an architecture student can bring. Welcome, Niyi!

US Squash's Specter Center Opens in Historic Readiness Center

US Squash, a nonprofit organization, has converted the historic Drexel Readiness Center to a collection of public squash courts, classrooms, and locker rooms for their new Specter Center, which offers a range of affordable memberships as a means to broaden access to the historically exclusive sport. KMA was responsible for the rehabilitation of the building's historic Classical Revival façade. Read More

Completion of Historic John Coltrane House Feasibility Study

KMA was approached by the Philadelphia Community Design Collaborative to assist the Strawberry Mansion Community Development Corporation with the completion of the John Coltrane Museum and Cultural Arts Center Site Feasibility Study. Read More
