The Fox School of Business, located in Speakman Hall, has long been overdue for a renovation. Split into several phases of work to accommodate the occupancy and use of the building during normal university operations, the project encompasses 40,000 square feet on four floors.

When the $7.9 million project is complete in 2023, office suites, classrooms, restrooms, corridors, and stairwells will have been renovated with new finishes. Offices and classrooms will also be brought up to date with new furniture.

As the architect of record, we led a multidisciplinary design team, leveraging building standards and user feedback to maximize the existing square footage, update compliance with current codes, and design furniture layouts.
