Our design factored in the SEPTA bus terminal to the east and rowhouse neighborhood to the west, resulting in a facade that recalls the area’s industrial roots and residential character.

Skylights flood the interior lounge and lunchroom with natural light, creating a bright and calming environment in the double-height space for bus drivers waiting between assignments.
