Luxury hospitality brand Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts announced the official opening of Sky Garden in January 2026, a residential-inspired experience atop Comcast Center that brings together art, wellness, and culinary excellence. Rather than a collection of individual amenities, the owner envisioned a composed, cohesive environment. The resulting “garden in the sky” concept—located 45 stories above the city—is characterized by understated elegance tailored to discerning travelers. Four Seasons promotes Sky Garden as an exclusive enclave offering guests a rare opportunity to wake among the clouds, take in sweeping views of the Delaware and Schuylkill Rivers, and experience Philadelphia from an entirely new vantage point.

The 19,000-square-foot floor features four guest rooms, two one-bedroom suites, a two-bedroom suite, and a 4,000-square-foot penthouse, with expansive outdoor terraces accompanying the suites and penthouse. The penthouse also includes a private exercise studio. Additional amenities include High Vitality, a spa offering personalized treatments, while select accommodations feature spacious kitchens and dedicated butler’s pantries to serve guests traveling with private chefs, hosting intimate dinner parties, or enjoying extended stays.

As architect of record, KMA worked closely with the Miami office of 1508 London from the design development phase through construction. We designed the back-of-house areas and provided code and life safety research, consultant coordination, permitting, construction administration, and furniture staging—helping to translate the project’s sophisticated design vision into a fully realized hospitality environment.
