We are thrilled to announce the promotion of Kathy Babcock from Associate to Principal. Kathy has been with Kelly Maiello for 18 years, during which time she has become invaluable member of the team, primarily focusing on the firm’s historic preservation projects. US Squash's Specter Center Opens in Historic Readiness Center
The Philadelphia InquirerUS Squash, a nonprofit organization, has converted the historic Drexel Readiness Center to a collection of public squash courts, classrooms, and locker rooms for their new Specter Center, which offers a range of affordable memberships as a means to broaden access to the historically exclusive sport. KMA was responsible for the rehabilitation of the building's historic Classical Revival façade. Read More

African American Museum of Bucks CountyThe African American Museum of Bucks County, currently a mobile museum, has found a new permanent home at the historic Boone Farmhouse. KMA served as the Architect of Record for the renovation. Read More
