Kenneth Sebra RA, LEED AP

Drawing on nearly 30 years of professional experience, the Temple University graduate leads projects with a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach from design through construction administration. Since joining KMA in late 2023, Ken has worked on a number of projects, most notably the adaptive reuse of the historic Lardner's Point Pumping Station. His responsibilities include 3D design in Revit, project design and documentation, and coordination with engineers and other consultants.

Ken's architectural sensibilities stem from an interest in urban settings cultivated during a childhood in Baltimore. Fascinated by the interplay of people and environments, he believes projects become stronger and more responsive aspirationally and programmatically when they are informed by different perspectives, from owners and end users to the various disciplines on a design team. A true optimist, Ken sees the restrictions of budget, schedule, and codes as catalysts for generating unique solutions.

Having had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects throughout his career, Ken is particularly interested in civic and institutional projects that serve local communities. After hours and on weekends, you're likely to find him hiking or lending his green thumb and design skills to Fairmount's Corinthian Gardens.
