This hotel marks the pinnacle of Ensemble/Mosaic’s $600 million initial Navy Yard development phase, paving the way for an additional $6 billion of planned development in the next 15 years. The Waylen will serve as a central hub, offering over 18,500 square feet of event space, a six-treatment room spa, a three-meal restaurant and cocktail lounge, along with a concealed speakeasy that invokes the charm and mystique of a bygone era.
