Olney Recreation Center, along with Heitzman Recreation Center and Glavin Playground, was part of the Philadelphia Rebuild Program's first "Groundbreaking Tour" last Friday. The KMA design team conducted the assessment of the existing Olney Recreation Center back in late 2019, and recently completed the conceptual site and building design for the new facilities.
