The new Huntingdon Station is part of SEPTA’s Comprehensive Market-Frankford Elevated Line Reconstruction Project. Kelly/Maiello was responsible for the design and construction documentation of new station headhouses and the rehabilitation of existing platforms. The design incorporates prominent, highly-visible, ADA-accessible entrances which allow smooth circulation entering and exiting the station. The design maintains sightlines and incorporates daylight and artificial light to enhance patron security.
