Regional and Branch Libraries The Free Library of Philadelphia Kelly/Maiello was responsible for renovations to three regional and seven branch libraries in the Free Library's capital program. Several of the buildings are historically significant Carnegie libraries. The ten projects included systems upgrades, accessibility improvements, and provisions for advanced computer technology. At the Northwest Regional Library in Germantown and the Lawncrest and Haverford Avenue Branches, the scope of work has included development of thematically designed children's areas: medieval, aviation and aquatic. |
