Rose Garden Apartments

The community revitalization project included 20 residential buildings–six new row houses and rehabilitation of 14 others. New layouts provide two- and three-bedroom apartments for low-income families, 45 units in total. Restoration of facades and porches and the use of materials that resemble those of the late 19th century begin to reestablish the street's original character and intimate scale. North Philadelphia Community Help Inc., a local community-based, non-profit organization owns, manages and maintains the houses.
