Kelly/Maiello was responsible for exterior restoration of six, Italianate-style apartment buildings which have been converted into 80 units of housing for moderate income families. Regent Terrace has received urban design and historic preservation awards from the Foundation for Architecture, Pennsylvania Society of Architects, Pennsylvania Historical & Museum Commission, and the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
