The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia

The 12,000 SF Primary Care Center of Children's Hospital of Philadelphia is located in the Cobbs Creek neighborhood of West Philadelphia, remote from the hospital's main campus. The new one-story building includes doctors' offices and examining rooms for routine outpatient medical care for children. The goals of the facade design are to announce the presence of a major medical institution in this location and to relate to the scale and character of the neighboring two-story rowhouses that front Cobbs Creek Park.
